12 OCEAN CLUB This two story updated villa offers an open first floor plan, two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a patio with seating and gas grill, there is a pool located on site and the villa is located within a one minute walk from the beach. The complex is located oceanfront and this villa is close to the beach and pool. The owner also has provided a outside storage area with chairs and beach toys.
