Located on the 2nd floor this villa has the most amazing views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. A wide private balcony is the perfect spot to sit and soak up the view. As you enter the first thing you notice is the stunning view right outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. All new tile throughout the villa evokes the color of the wide sandy beach right outside your door.

The dining table will seat 6 people and there are 3 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. The gorgeous kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. Off the living area is the hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite with private en-suite bath has king bedding, a large flat panel TV and access to the balcony. Down the hall the other way are 2 more bedrooms. The queen bedroom has access to the hall bath and the twin bedroom has a private en-suite bath. Both bedrooms have flat panel TV’s.
